Our Story

JJ’s Barbecue was founded in 1998 and is the oldest family owned BBQ restaurant in Columbia. From the time of the original purchase to the expansion of three stores, JJ’s Barbecue has always focused on great customer service.

Settling into our third decade serving BBQ, we are enjoying focusing all our energy on our single location on Hatcher Lane. We could not be happier with all we have experienced and the friends we have made over the years. What an amazing blessing it has been to feed this community. We are looking forward to another 20 years!
